  • Pakku provides a service that makes international shipping from Japan to the United States a smooth process. We work with multiple shipping providers and offer flexible options to meet your needs.

  • 1. Collection and forwarding of packages

    • This is a service where products purchased online or in stores in Japan are received at Pakku's warehouse and then forwarded to a designated address in the U.S. This allows you to purchase products from Japanese shops that do not offer international shipping.
  • 2. Consolidation of packages

    • You can reduce shipping costs by combining multiple packages into one shipment.

      • Free plan: $5
        Business membership: $3
        Expert Membership: $1 (cheapest in the industry)
  • 3. Product photography services

    • At Pakku, we take a complimentary photo of each item that arrives at our warehouse.
  • 4. Automatic invoice creation

    • The information entered by the user on the declaration creation screen is automatically transferred to the invoice format of the selected delivery company. This allows for smooth customs clearance procedures in accordance with each carrier's regulations.
  • 5. Special Instructions

    • Customizations, including special packaging and labeling, are available.

        Business Membership: Free up to 3 times per month
        Expert Membership: 10 free visits per month
  • 6. Proxy Purchasing Service (Assisted Purchasing)

    • If you have difficulty purchasing from a Japanese online shop, Pakku will purchase on your behalf.

      • $5 + 3% of purchase amount (payment fee) + 5% (handling fee)
  • 7. Free Storage Service

    • The length of time your luggage will be stored will vary depending on your plan.
