Do I have to pay to sign up?
No, there is no sign-up fee, and no credit card is required at registration. We offer a Free Plan and two premium membership options: Business Membership and Expert Membership.
Premium memberships are billed on a monthly basis, and the first charge will be applied when you ship your first package or use the assisted purchase service.
The membership fees are as follows:
● Business Membership: $50 USD per month
● Expert Membership: $98 USD per month
You can change or cancel your membership at any time. To update your membership plan, please contact our support team by the 20th of the month, and the change will be applied from the following month.
What is dimensional (DIM) weight?
The DIM weight refers to the dimensions of the package and how they are used in the calculation of the weight of a package based on size rather than the measured "gross weight". To price international shipping, carriers charge the greater of either the actual weight or DIM weight based on the size of the box. This means as an example that a 2lb package that has large dimensions like 18x30x4, like a pillow for instance may actually be charged at a weight 13lbs depending on the carrier. DIM weight calculations vary by carrier. Please see our Shipping Methods page for each carrier’s calculation formula.

When shipping from Japan to the U.S., all shipments must include a commercial invoice and a customs declaration. Personal imports valued at less than $800 USD are exempt from duties, while shipments exceeding this threshold may be subject to import duties. Duty rates vary depending on the product and are calculated based on the HS code.
The U.S. has prohibited and restricted items, including food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and batteries, which may require additional documentation or approvals. To ensure smooth customs clearance, please check the import regulations in advance.
Pakku generates customs documentation based on each carrier’s invoice format, ensuring a seamless customs process. For more details, please refer to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and the guidelines of your chosen shipping carrier.
