3. Changing or cancelling your plan
- (1) Changes to the plan
- If you wish to change your plan, please contact customer support (info@sumix.jp) by the 20th of the previous month. The change will take effect from the 1st of the following month.
- (2) Cancellation of the plan
- If you wish to cancel, please contact us by the 20th of the previous month. Cancellation during the month is not possible. Even after cancellation, you can continue to use the service until the end of the month.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
- Refunds are not available after the service has been provided.
There are no refunds on monthly fees.
The new plan fee will be applied from the following month, and there will be no refund for the difference in price from the previous plan.
Unused special instruction slots and proxy purchase fees are not eligible for carryover or refund.
5. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- Q1. If I cancel my plan midway, will I get a refund?
- No, we do not offer refunds for cancellations midway through the month. Please contact us by the 20th of the previous month to cancel your plan.
- Q2. Are there any payment methods other than credit cards?
- Currently, we only accept credit cards (Visa / MasterCard / American Express). We are considering adding other payment methods in the future.
- Q3. When will the additional fees be charged?
- The monthly fee will be charged on the 1st of each month. Additional fees such as consolidation and proxy purchases will be charged each time they are used.
