  • Are there extra charges for heavy or oversized luggage?

      ● 100lb or more - less than 149lb: $30
      ● Over 150lb: $50
    • Additional charges
      • Baggage over 70lb : $40 oversized baggage fee + excess weight fee
      • Baggage over 40 inches in length : $50 additional DIM fee
      • Example: If your package is 89 lbs, UPS International will charge you a $40 oversized package fee and a $20 excess weight fee.
  • How long can I store my luggage?

      Note:
      • Extensions are possible up to four times (maximum of 28 extra days).
        ● Any overdue packages will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of immediately.
  • What should I do if I forget to mention my member ID starting with SX when placing an order using my Pakku address?

    • Enter your shipment information and tracking number immediately in the "Upcoming Shipments" section of your account.

      Any package that does not have your membership ID listed will be treated as an "unidentified package" and will be photographed and cleared through customs to verify ownership (additional fees may apply).

      If the change does not appear on your account after 2 business days, please contact customer support.
  • Will I be notified when my package arrives at the warehouse?

    • Yes, you will be notified via email when your package is checked in. You will also see a notification in your account so you can check if you don't receive an email.
  • What should I do next after I arrive at the warehouse?

    • 1. Select your package in the "Ship selected packages" section of your account
      2. Check the declaration details of the selected package
      3. Choose a delivery company and insurance, and pay for shipping
  • Is there anything I can't send with Pakku?

    • Yes, there are prohibited and restricted items. Please see the List of Prohibited and Restricted Items for details.

      Important Notes:
      Not all restricted items are listed.
      Due to laws and regulations of delivery companies, we may not be able to send your package.
      Even if it is available in the US, it may not be possible to export or ship it from Japan.

  • My retailer sent me multiple packages. Do I have to pay for each package?

    • Yes, there is a processing fee for each package.
